To meet the demands of the harvest season, our olive mill has a storage capacity of

1.5 million litres

of cold-extracted olive oil and a processing capacity of up to

500 tonnes

of olives per day. We maintain a high level of control over the final product through our own bottling line, ensuring full traceability, precision and consistency throughout the entire value chain.

from olives, not just olive oil

An olive is much more than just olive oil. From every olive, around 15% becomes olive oil, 8% is the stone, and the remaining portion becomes olive pomace – a by-product that we make full use of. The olive stone is used as biomass fuel to generate energy for the olive mill, while the pomace is transformed through a carefully controlled process into high-quality organic compost. This compost is returned to the soil, enriching it and helping our olive trees grow stronger and healthier. This is how we give a new purpose to everything that comes from the olive, creating a more sustainable circular cycle where nothing goes to waste.
