The Agricultural Society of Monte Novo and Figueirinha, Lda. (hereinafter, Figueirinha), headquartered in Terreiro dos Valentes Nº 5 7800-523 Beja, identified with NIPC 504329197 is the owner of the domain figueirinha.pt, as well as responsible for orders placed in our online store.
Therefore, this refund and return policy serves for any clarification regarding the purchase of our products.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
The user may cancel his order by requesting it to Figueirinha by telephone or e-mail, referring to the order number, the NIF with which he made the purchase and the delivery address. Order cancellation will only be accepted as long as it has not yet been paid or processed.
Figueirinha reserves the right not to process orders when it verifies any inaccuracy in the personal data presented or observes misconduct on the part of the user.
We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (even if it has already been accepted by us), in the following situations, exempt from liability for any damages or costs:
- The product is no longer available/in stock;
- The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
- The order being flagged by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;
- The transfer for payment of the order has not been received by us within a period of 3 hours after acceptance of your order;
- Resale suspicions;
- Unable to deliver to the address provided.
The User, in the case of being a consumer, may exercise the right of withdrawal without being required to pay any compensation, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which he acquired physical possession of the good, under the terms of the decree-law nº 143/2001 and decree-law 82/2008 of 5/20.

The consumer must return the goods to Figueirinha within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the resolution. The package must be returned complete, as it was delivered and accompanied by all the documentation received, namely the following documents: sales invoice and the document proving receipt of the product. The package and documents indicated must be sent free of charge to the address of the estate: Herdade da Figueirinha, 7800-740 São Brissos, Beja.
Upon receipt of the return at Figueirinha, the user will be refunded the amount corresponding to the payment made for the order (sales invoice amount) by bank transfer (please always provide us with your IBAN). If you have used a promotional discount code, this amount will not be refunded, that is, the refund will only be for the amount actually paid. In the case of exchanges, we will ship the new selected product.
In the absence of any of the components of the product sold or, if any of them are not in excellent condition, there will be no refund of the price or postage, and the product will be sent back to the initial shipping address.
Figueirinha reserves the right to refuse returns in which the communication has been made after the established period, in which the products are not in the same conditions in which they were purchased, which have been purchased in sales/promotions or which have been purchased for free through hobbies.
Figueirinha is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence, poor storage conditions or causes of force majeure.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Return of defective products:
can be made within 14 days of receiving the order. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your complaint is justified, the price and shipping costs will be refunded.
Return of products due to withdrawal:
if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you can return them within 14 days, provided that the product maintains its original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (packages opened carefully will not be considered damaged).
Return of offers:
currently, it is not possible for a person who has received a product from us as a gift, to return it. In this case, to make the return/exchange, you must contact the person who bought it.
If your return is justified by the existence of a defect or non-compliance with the products ordered, Figueirinha will bear the shipping and return costs.
If your return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the products ordered, Figueirinha will not reimburse the shipping costs. Refunds will be made in the same way as the payment.
