Therefore, if you understand that you want to complain to the National Data Protection Commission (hereinafter, CNPD), you must access the website www.cnpd.pt and choose the option “Complaints/Complaints” and report to the CNPD why you consider that the Figueirinha website violated your rights as a data subject. Figueirinha, after notification, undertakes to assist the CNPD in ascertaining the truth.
