The vineyard
82 ha of vineyard directed towards N-S, installed on terrains that range from slight slopes to flatlands.
Clay-loam soils and Mediterranean climate provide a unique terroir for the production of genuine Alentejo wine, which surprise the senses.
Red Wines
Traditional Alentejo varieties like Trincadeira, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet, national noble varieties like Touriga Nacional.
World renowned international varieties like Pinot Noir, Syrah, Petit Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tannat are present in the lot of red wines.
White Wines
The variety on the white wines encompasses the native to Alentejo Antão Vaz, the national Arinto and Verdelho and the international Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
The Cellar
The Figueirinha Cellar was inaugurated on 2003, planned to the most intimate of details, to ensure the respect of tradition and safeguard the maximum control and rigorous production conditions:
- The proximity of the vineyard ensures the reduction of time between the harvest of the grape and its transformation;
- The laboratory equipped with the most modern technology allows for the control of the grape and wine in every step of the way;
- The selection of oak barrels, French in their majority, to stage our great choices;
- And the factor of grand distinction, our team.
