Touriga Nacional.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with automatic stepping and maceration with variable duration, depending on the variety. Fermentation temperature is of 26ºC. Staged for 12 months on French oak barrels.

Alcohol content: 15% vol.
Total acidity: 5,6 g/L tartaric acid.
Total sugars: 0,7 g/L
