Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with automatic stepping and maceration with variable duration, depending on the variety. Fermentation temperature is of 26ºC. Partial and short aging in French oak barrels.
Analysis
Alcohol content: 15% vol.
Total acidity: 5,5 g/L tartaric acid.
Total sugars: 0,6 g/L
